It is not cheap, but I never have trouble getting range time and it is very safe. It is members only (more or less) and everybody has to go through a background check and safety test. My mother shoots there regularly and it is her favorite range. Prices seem a bit high, but I'm willing to pay some premium for local service and expertise. I have not shot at Point Blank, but they have a good gun selection and pleasant staff.
